A note from our founders

The way we work has changed — businesses are no longer confined to a geographic region, work increasingly takes place in the cloud, and workforces are distributed across time zones.

Yet operating a business entity continues to be antiquated and tedious. In a world that’s promised to go digital, businesses still need physical addresses to incorporate, open a bank account, and file taxes. Outdated requirements haven’t caught up with how modern companies operate.
